We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate. Email validation results are best-effort estimates and may not reflect current mailbox status.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EMAIL VALIDATOR PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and any unused credits are forfeited without refund.
You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at support@validatetime.com. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of unused credits unless covered by our Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, notifying you by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
